Masterfil® Filters fit virtually any fryer or portable filter machine on the market. Making the change to a better, more sustainable filter is simple. Just replace that cheap paper filter with the Masterfil® Filter for your restaurant to make long-lasting improvements in food quality and restaurant oil cost.
Typical paper filters are thin and easily allow particles as small as sifted flour to easily pass through. Using ‘Depth Filtration’ Masterfil® is dense and traps particles 120 times smaller than paper.
